The staff at Veeno running the wine tasting were fantastic. Sarah also moved people around during the night which, like the Wilmslow INTRO event, was an excellent way to ensure I got to meet everyone that was attending. This is a low-key evening of connecting, making friends and meeting people offline, IRL. So grab a glass of fizz on arrival and meet amazing people right in the heart of your favourite city, Manchester.
If you’re new to singles events then this is a great one to attend to ask questions about all the other amazing things we do offline and it's an amazing chance to meet some of the awesome people who attend our evenings. Come along and meet the MFC Manchester, headed up by Resident Dating Expert Sarah Louise Ryan, who will also be on hand throughout the evening to answer your burning dating questions. Modern dating can feel like a minefield but made oh so simply when mulled over with MFC at one of their lovely evenings.
Expect this pre-Valentine’s eve to be full of laughs, low pressure and low key fun in an incredible setting that is Menagerie at the New Bailey.

Italian Food and Wine Tasting Evening in Manchester, 27th February 2020

We are pleased to promote event company My Friend Charlie's exciting Manchester event on Thursday 27th February: We couldn’t think of anything better than sipping wine and being hosted by the amazing Sicilian wine experts at Veeno.
You’ll be tasting six wines to be precise and putting their wine expertise into practice whilst making new friends, getting offline and connecting in real life. They say that ‘Thirsty Thursday’ is the new Friday and we’re definitely in the mood for trying a few of Italy’s finest grapes!
This evening will be sure to give you a taste of what is yet to come for the rest of 2020 for singles events with a difference in Manchester.

Around the World Gin Tasting Singles Event, Manchester, 31st January 2020

Break dry January and join hosts event company My Friend Charlie where you'll sip Gin in a speakeasy style bar in the heart of Manchester.
They've partnered with the wonderful Tipples of Manchester, the Gin Specialist and stockist of gorgeous spirits in the heart of the city centre. You'll head underground to the speakeasy vibe of Blind Tyger to taste Gin from around the world.
The Blind Tyger if you haven’t heard of it before is Manchester’s hidden drinking den that resembles a speakeasy or Prohibition type bar. Tucked away underneath Sandinista on Old Bank Street to gain access you’ll first need to make it known to one of the bartenders in Sandinista that you’d like to see the ‘Blind Tyger’.
What better way could we break the month of dry January for those who are taking part by pouring ourselves a glass or four of Manchester’s drink of the decade? Come along to Blind Tyger and let’s see what tickles your fancy with the lovely team from Tipples.
You'll enjoy a welcome Gin on arrival from 18:30 and be taken on a world tour of four Gins from 19:00. You'll be made to feel very welcome.
